Non-Heated Classes

  • Jungle Flow

    Is a strong, passionate, Vinyasa flow class. Jungle flow teaches you to cultivate awareness that links each breath and action to the next–on the mat and in our lives. You will leave class feeling energized, grounded, and connected to a more powerful, peaceful self.

  • Island Flow

    Is a Yin-Yang class that has a slow, steady pace. This practice helps to rejuvenate our depleted vitality, freeing us from our tensions and the reactive habits of our day-to-day lives. You will leave feeling calm, vibrant and grounded.

  • Candlelight Yoga

    Is a Restorative yoga class which will help you relax after a day of work and/or play. We will focus on breathing exercises while gently stretching and supporting the body with props. You will leave feeling nurtured, nourished and restored.

Infrared Heated Classes

  • Lava Flow

    These Vinyasa Flow classes are rigorous, challenging and fun! Together we’ll create a moving mediation as we intelligently detoxify, balance and strengthen the body and mind.

  • Slow Flow

    These Yin-Yang classes have a slow, steady pace. We’ll take time to go deep into the yoga postures and discover stillness. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, vibrant and grounded. (Infrared Studio: 85-92˚)

  • Lava Yin

    These Restorative/Yin classes help you relax after your day of work/play. We’ll focus on breath as we gently stretch and restore the body. You will leave feeling nurtured, nourished and restored.(Infrared Studio: 85-95˚)

Fitness Classes

  • Yoga Sculpt

    This style combines yoga with weightlifting. The added weights build bone density, muscle mass, and boosts metabolism, while still getting all the benefits of yoga. You will see noticeable results, and leave feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

  • Barre

    Barre fitness is a hybrid class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.

  • HIIT

    HIIT is a full body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high intensity exercises. It improves your cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

    This class combines resistance training, compound movements, core and plyometrics to improve your power. Progressions and regressions are available for every exercise making this class suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini yoga techniques, or Kriya, are a combination of breath work, body movements, and awareness or meditation. Kundalini yoga can help us cure sickness and depression, manage weight problems, bring ease and presence in daily life, and create awareness with your body, mind and breath.

    After class, you will leave feeling exhilarated, euphoric and powerful.

  • Pilates

    This signature approach teaches the foundation of Pilates movement principals as presented by the works of Joseph Pilates. By combining classical repertoire with modern functional movement, the choreography is versatile with many variations making it suitable for all levels. Pilates is a comprehensive mind body movement system designed to improve health, increase postural awareness, build core strength, stabilize the low back and to optimize physical performance.
